Corniced Edge Window Sill Molds
Cornice Window Sill molds feature a corniced edge treatment (shown at left). Whether it be a window sill, a fireplace mantel, or a bookcase shelf, you can cast beautifully contoured corniced leading edge sills. These male molds can be cast quite easily without use of a female, so a female is not offered. To cast, pour the main mold volume normally, let it kick, then lay the mold on its side (it's built to accommodate that), and finish pouring the front lip.
For each of the following, block down using special End Stop Divider Part Number 010866.
Cornice Sill molds are available in a variety of lengths and depths:

180-18, 9-5/8" Depth Corniced Window Sill Mold (8-3/4" Inside Depth) x 122" L - #22818
Note: this mold has previously been referred to as a 10” depth sill mold, but is actually 9-5/8” depth.
Cast weight is 85 lbs (39 kg). Net weight of Male Mold is 115 lbs (52 kg). Net weight of Female mold is 57 lbs (26 kg).
