Floating Rectangular style bowls are mounted on custom no-bowl vanity decks to become and integral part of the cast vanity. Bowls can be positioned for any custom installation, or multiple bowls mounted for double bowl vanity decks. Using floating bowls with our No Bowl Deck molds offer a distinct competitive advantage in that you can mix and match multiple floating bowl molds to multiple No Bowl Deck molds to create dozens or even hundreds of product solutions for your customers with minimal investment! All bowl molds are offered with a fiberglass female mold; however most mold designs also offer permanent hat and reusable hat female mold alternatives. Refer to the Catalog Order section below for details.

* Warnings regarding use of hats and Overflows on this bowl:

Use of a permanent hat for the Small Wave Bowl (pn 20133) is NOT recommended. We recommend the use of a fiberglass female instead (pn 401337). The use of a reusable hat is possible, but problematic and is not recommended either.

Side overflows should be fine, as long as you use a round overflow. Oval Overflows cannot be used on this bowl.
-
On narrow decks, especially 19" or narrower, do NOT use a front or rear overflow, as there is no available room for the overflow. This bowl (with NO OVERFLOW) may technically work on a 19" deck but is VERY tight, and it would NOT provide the required 4 inches of space behind the bowl and 3 inches in front of the bowl that is standard for most installations that would ordinarily allow a front or rear overflow adequate clearance.
